Tono Brewing

Tono Brewing opened in 2018 as a community brewery in the heart of town, dedicated to bringing both locals and visitors closer to great beer, locally-grown hops, and the growers responsible for making it all possible. With a restaruant on-site at the brewery, Tono Brewing is the perfect place for a casual get-together over a pint of freshly brewed beer and locally-inspired eats.

About the Brewery

Tono Brewing offers a range of regular and seasonal beers that are equally distinct and drinkable, appealing to both the afficionado and the casual beer-lover alike. The brewery’s close ties to local hop farmers allows Tono Brewing to explore what it truly means to brew locally. At the adjacent Taproom, freshly brewed beer is paired with a diverse food menu emphasizing locally-sourced ingredients.

Signature Beers

  • Pale Ale

    Pale Ale

Tono Brewing’s flagship offering features citrus-forward hops like Cascade, Chinook, and Citra. A fresh, juicy, and sessionable light-bodied beer.

  • Coffee Stout

    Coffee Stout

The Coffee Stout uses mocha beans sourced from Mamehiko, a local coffee shop and roastery. With a light hint of elegant bitterness, this may be the perfect introduction to dark beer. Pairs wonderfully with cheese cake and desserts.

  • Thanks Saison

    Thanks Saison

Using 100% Ibuki hops grown in partnership with a young local hop farmer, the name was chosen to express deep gratitude to the beautiful land and community. Ibuki imparts a clean, refreshing aroma with a pleasant hint of acidity.

  • ESB

    ESB

The ESB features Ibuki hops from Tono. Roasty on the nose with notes of ripe figs and strawberries, delicate nuances evolve throughout its long finish.
